📅 How Booking Works

When you click "Book Now," a short form will pop up—please fill it out with your property details and preferred shoot date. After submitting, proceed to your cart and complete checkout to place your session on hold.

Once payment is received, your selected date and time are tentatively reserved, pending confirmation. We’ll then follow up with a mandatory phone call to verify details, address any special requests, and confirm availability. If there's a conflict or issue, we’ll happily offer an immediate refund.

☁️ Please keep weather in mind:
Drone photography is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to rain or high winds. We’ll work closely with you to plan around the forecast.

Clients must notify us in advance if additional insurance coverage is needed above $1 million liability insurance. Supplemental coverage can be arranged upon request for an added fee.
