🚫 You CANNOT:

  • Use images in commercial promotions, advertising, or branding

  • Edit or filter the images in a way that alters their artistic style

  • Sell, resell, or repurpose the photos in paid or branded content

🔒 Adventuring Duo Retains:

  • Full copyright ownership

  • Rights to feature select images in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials

This license grants your business unlimited, non-transferable rights to use the delivered media for marketing.

  • Use content on social media, website, print, and advertising

  • Promote your brand with unlimited, perpetual access

  • Enjoy this license at no extra cost with every shoot

🚫 You CANNOT:

  • Resell or transfer the content

  • Transfer rights if your business is sold

  • Use media in illegal, defamatory, or unethical ways

🔒 Adventuring Duo Retains:

  • Full copyright ownership

  • Rights to use the content in our portfolio, promotional materials, and stock licensing (non-identifiable use only)

🧾 Model Releases:
We provide release forms for any identifiable people in our media. If a release is declined, we can blur or omit those individuals.

🌍 Regional Media License

(For Tourism Boards & Multi-Business Campaigns)

This extended license allows you to share our media across multiple organizations in a region or campaign.

🚫 You CANNOT:

  • Resell or license media beyond the intended regional scope

🧾 Model Releases:

🖼️ Stock Media License

(For Real Estate, Local Businesses, Charters & General Commercial Use)

This standard license allows you to use Adventuring Duo photos and videos for your own marketing, branding, or promotional content.

No custom quote required — all pricing is listed per media pack or image set.

✅ You CAN:

  • Use images/videos for:

    • Real estate listings, flyers, MLS, virtual tours

    • Business websites, brochures, menus, signage

    • Social media content, ads, and digital campaigns

  • Edit, crop, overlay text, or combine with other marketing elements

  • Use the media across unlimited platforms for your own business or listings

🚫 You CANNOT:

  • Resell, license, or share the media with third parties (including clients or affiliates)

  • Use media for merchandise or physical product sales

  • Claim copyright or restrict our promotional use of the media

🔒 Adventuring Duo Retains:

  • Full copyright ownership

  • Rights to use the media in:

    • Our portfolio

    • Promotional materials

    • Ongoing stock licensing to other clients (media is licensed on a non-exclusive basis)

🧾 Model Releases:
We secure model releases for any clearly identifiable individuals in our media. If a release is not available, we may blur or omit the subject to protect privacy and ensure licensing compliance.
